Cumulative list since publication of the Fifth Edition

Cumulative list since publication of the Fifth Edition A cumulative list of all new and revised subject headings approved by SCIS Cataloguing Agencies since the publication of the SCIS Subject Headings Fifth Edition is also available. If the Fifth Edition book has not been updated on a quarterly basis then the cumulative list should also be consulted when creating headings. As this cumulative list will not be updated after March 2007 you will also need to refer to the supplementary lists.

Replacement tables for the Fifth Edition preliminary pages

At the time of the SCIS Subject Headings Fifth Edition preliminary pages going to press there were a number of outstanding subject headings that still needed to be approved by the SCIS Agencies. These headings were subsequently approved and incorporated into the Fifth Edition. The following lists replace those in Section 4.4 of the SCIS Subject Headings Fifth Edition.
