Priority Schools Programs in New South Wales support schools serving high concentrations of low socio-economic status communities. The goal of the Priority Schools Programs Conference 2007 is to provide leadership in achieving educational equity for students for whom low socio-economic status intersects with factors such as geographic isolation, Aboriginality, gender, disability and cultural and linguistic diversity. The two-day program includes presentations from keynote speakers, workshops, the sharing of effective practice by Priority Schools across NSW, panels and a plenary.
